Baler Maintenance

Correctly use the equipment, strictly carry out the maintaining system and obey to the safety operation rule so as to prolong the using life of machine, improve the production efficiency and guarantee the production. Therefore, we suggest user to establish the maintaining system and safety operational rule, let the operators familiar with machine structure and operational procedure. Otherwise, pay attention to following key points:

1. Only after the oil has been filtered strictly, it can be added into oil tank. Always keep enough oil volume in tank. If oil is not enough, add at once. For each one half and a hour, add the lubrication oil. For each work shit(8 hours). At least add 5~6 times lubrication oil in all lubrication position.

2. Change with one time of new oil into tank and clean up the tank for each half year, but the first time to change oil and clean up tank can`t be later than one month.

3. Lubricate all points in machine according to requirement.

4. After every day shift, clean up the sundries in material tank, keep the outer cleanness of the machine.

5. Only the person who has study and know the machine structure and performance and operational rule can start and operate the machine.

6. If the oil leakage takes place or other abnormal condition takes place during work, please stop machine. Only after find the trouble reason and settle it, you can run machine again.

7. During running or baling, don`t repair machine or contact the moving parts of machine with your hand, prohibit to press the material in material tank by your hands or feet.

8. Only the skill with necessary experience can adjust the pump, value or pressure meter. If find the pressure is in trouble, please check and repair at once, or change with new meter.

9. The user should make the detail maintaining rule and safe operation rule according to the detailed condition.
